It took a year to solve problems and ripen technology that it was ready for product development. It was a very expensive episode for the company and an important failure for our customer. If we objectively evaluated the maturity of our technology before starting product development, we may have made different solutions and have made better work planning for our program, providing sufficient resources and time to reduce risk.
Technology (TRLS) continued to accept NASA pioneer work and the Ministry of Defense (DO) to determine when technologies are ready to issue from managers in the development of science and technology through product development managers.
